BOUTIQUE CHEESE FACTORY

The project aims to establish a modern cheese production facility in Ismayilli, with an investment of 15 million AZN, designed to meet local demand for high-quality cheeses.

Project Summary


The proposed cheese production facility, to be located in Ismayilli District, Azerbaijan, benefits from a strategic proximity to the capital and a favorable environment for animal husbandry. The facility will produce a variety of cheeses, including French, Dutch, and Italian varieties, with an initial focus on 11 types. Spanning 700 square meters, the enterprise will feature specialized workshops for producing two Dutch, three French, and six Italian cheeses, with a monthly production capacity of 2,000 kg.


Key cheeses to be produced include mozzarella, gouda, parmesan, cheddar, and Dutch varieties commonly used in everyday meals. While primarily sourced from local raw materials, select ingredients will be imported to ensure consistent product quality.
