The development will include a hotel (main building), a spa center, chalets in three different categories, and yurts (ethnic camps). The project also aims to produce 350-400 kilograms of honey annually, ó tons of grapes annually, and 2 tons of hazelnuts annally. Key infrastructure will include a beekeeping facility, grape yard, hazelnut garden, horse farm, fishery, and lavender rows. The main facilities will consist of a hotel and spa, chalets and cottages, yurt camps, and a lake.

GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES
