Project Summary
The proposed cheese production enterprise within the framework of the investment project is supposed to be located in the Ismayilli district, which has a favorable location both in terms of proximity to the capital and a favorable environment for animal husbandry. The planned cheese production facility will produce french, dutch, and Italian cheeses. In total, in the beginning, the production of 11 types of cheese will go through the test phase. According to the enterprise, the total area of 700 square meters will consist of workshops with different names inside the building. The enterprise is designed to produce two dutch, three french, and six types of Italian cheese with a monthly capacity of 2,000 kg. The types of cheeses most planned to be produced are mozzarella, gouda, parmesan, cheddar, and dutch cheese, which is consumed in everyday food. Although the primary raw material of the cheeses is local, some raw materials will be imported in order to maintain the quality.
