Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today signed a decree on improving management in the field of entrepreneurship development.
Upon the decree, the Business Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy was established through the reorganization of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund public legal entity and Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC by being merged.
